It is 7:45 Wednesday (Sept. 3) morning and all is well in the Garden District. I have been here the entire time and have surveyed most, if not all of the streets. There are no major trees down causing damage and I literraly have not seen any undesireable characters walking the streets at any time. Very few houses lost roof shingles and even those that did were minimal. It appears that power is spotty in some places, but stead from first street down river.
Have a safe trip home.
Regards,
Justin Schmidt
